Top hotel, top service, top quality food, good services with good value for money. The hotel is relatively new, but a bit small when it's at full capacity. Only the photographer had very strange business practices - I would definitely not have photos taken here. Still 5 stars because that was really the only issue to complain about.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS: The transfer time from Antalya Airport is approximately 45 minutes. The hotel is right on the beach. The bazaar can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The neighboring hotels are at a healthy distance. The only thing that needs to be criticized is the location of the river, as on the one hand it doesn't look exactly clean (and flows into the sea at the hotel beach) and in the summer the mosquitoes will find a paradise there. SERVICE: 5 STARS are for catering & cleaning staff. Starting with Özlem for breakfast, Onur at the pool bar and Mustafa for dinner - we want such employees in Germany. No matter how stressful it may be, they are always attentive, helpful and FRIENDLY! Honestly, anyone who has something to complain about as a guest about the staff should urgently reflect on how respectfully (or not) they treat other people ;). No matter how much we pay for a stay, we should treat every single employee in the house with respect. We would like to give the reception team 3 STARS. We were already guests at this hotel in April 2023 and I wrote an email 6 weeks ago with a room request (attic, quiet location). None of these wishes were fulfilled when we checked in, even though the hotel is fully operational. After I complained about our room the next day due to its location, we were offered an alternative, but this was immediately recognizable as an "emergency solution" because this room did not fulfill either of our two core wishes. So 2 stars deducted! The remaining 3 stars here also stand for friendliness and serious treatment guests.

The hotel makes you feel good. It's right on the beach. The staff is constantly trying to pamper the holidaymakers and do everything right. The spa department with the nice girls is amazing, what they do every day. At the hairdresser you have to be careful what you order. It's best to negotiate the price specifically beforehand, otherwise it will be twice as expensive as it is in the price list. The jeweler is honest and clear in his statements, so you can trust him. We can highly recommend this hotel after a two week vacation. We've had great weather so far, but when it rains the hotel is far away from the hustle and bustle. We'll definitely come back.
